Russell H. Spencer, of Mondovi, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Mondovi, with Father Emmanuel celebrating. Inurnment will be at a later date. A memorial gathering for friends and family will be held on Friday from 10;00 AM until the hour of the Mass.
