Robert Dale Frank

Robert Dale "Bob" Frank, passed away peacefully on his 80th birthday, January 29, 2021, at Gundersen- Saint Elizabeth's Assisted Living Apartments in Wabasha, MN. Bob was an almost 40 year employee for Burlington Northern Railroad as a signal inspector. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Talbot Family Funeral home, Alma Chapel with Chaplain Gary Preston officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Oakwood Cemetery in Pepin. A visitation will be held on Friday, February 5 from 1:00 PM until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
