In Loving Memory of Nancy Ann (Feuling) Schieche
Nancy Ann (Feuling) Schieche, 63, passed away on March 15, 2026.
Born on July 4, 1962, Nancy was fittingly the fourth child born to her parents on the fourth day of the month—a special coincidence that her family always found meaningful. She lived a life filled with hard work, creativity, and love for her family and friends.
Throughout the years, Nancy held a variety of jobs, including working at Alma Cenex, the Alma Hotel as a cook, and the Red Ram Saloon as both a cook and bartender. She also worked in several factory positions over the years. No matter where she worked, Nancy was known for her strong work ethic and willingness to lend a helping hand.
Nancy had a passion for collecting beautiful décor and plants, always finding joy in adding something special to her home. She was incredibly creative and enjoyed many different crafts throughout her life, including diamond painting, stained glass art, crocheting, macramé hanging planters, and even jewelry making. If there was a new craft to learn, Nancy was always willing to give it a try.
She especially treasured the time she spent with her Aunt Judy and cousin Tammy, helping with gardening and household projects. Nancy also loved spending time with her friends around the neighborhood. She had a caring heart and kept a watchful eye on everyone—always knowing what was happening and making sure those she cared about were doing well.
Nancy is lovingly survived by her husband, Kenneth Schieche; her daughter, Penny (Matt) Danzinger; her granddaughters, Paige (Mason Johnson), Alyssa, and Alexis Danzinger; her siblings, John Feuling, Jean (Jerry) Bignell, Sonya Ebersold, and Edmund J. Feuling Jr.; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her greatly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Geneva E. Feuling and Edmund J. Feuling; her oldest brother, Daniel D. Feuling; her brother-in-law, Kevin Ebersold; and her niece, Ashley Deyo.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Tater's Damn View in Alma, Wisconsin.
Whether she was tending to her plants, working on her latest craft, lending a hand in the garden, or catching up with neighbors, Nancy found joy in the simple moments of life. Born on the Fourth of July, she came into the world with a bang, and in true Nancy fashion, she left during one of the area's most unforgettable snowstorms. Though she is gone, she leaves behind countless memories, laughter, and a legacy of kindness that will continue to live on through those who knew and loved her.
