Dawn Deloris Bergstrom

Dawn Deloris Bergstrom, 86, of Eau Clarie, WI passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at the American Lutheran Home in Mondovi, WI.  

Dawn was born on June 22, 1939 to Mildred (Lundgren) and Everett Bergstrom in the Luck, WI area.  She attended Oakhill School and later left to attend college at UW-River Falls, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in English Education in 1981.  She then taught for one year in Wisconsin Dells before moving to Eau Claire and teaching in Durand.  One of her favorite school memories was reading To Kill A Mockingbird, which she later taught in her own classrooms.

Then, due to her interst in all things Scandinavian, in 1997, Dawn Became the manager of the Scandinavian Import Store in Eau Claire.  It became a huge success.

Dawn's Celebration of LIfe will be held on Sturday, April 25, 2026 at the Talbot Family Funeral Home in Mondovi.  Visitation will be at 1:00 PM, followed by an informal service at 2:00 PM.  Burial will be private at a later date.
