Keith Richard Arneson

Keith Richard Arneson of Mondovi, age 71, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic Health Systems-Eau Claire. He was born on September 1, 1944 in Mondovi, the son of Sever and Hilda (Weiss) Arneson. Keith graduated from Mondovi High School in 1962. He was also in the National Guard. Keith lived and worked in Milwaukee. He later retired and moved back to Mondovi. Keith enjoyed traveling, watching sports especially; the Packers and Brewers and playing cribbage and sheepshead. He is survived by his brother, Roger Arneson of Mondovi; nephew, Jeff (Tammy) Arneson of Mondovi; niece, Lisa (Paul) Wayne of Durand; great nephews and nieces, Chris and Caitlin both Mondovi, Amber (Scott) Schantner and Jared Wayne both of Durand; great-great niece, Brier and Madison both of Durand; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Allen and sister-in-law, Rena Arneson. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 5 pm at Talbot Family Funeral Homes - Mondovi Chapel with Rev. Daniel Pfaffe, Pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Durand officiating. Visitation will begin at 2 pm until the time of the service.
