Glenna Marcielle Burroughs

The beloved Glenna Marcielle Burroughs passed away peacefully on May 20th, 2020. She was born on February 5th, 1922 in Dover (Gilmanton), WI to the late Dennison and Irene (Gunderson) Loomis. Glenna grew up on a dairy farm, graduated from Gilmanton High School and married the late Beaumont (Bud) Lubinsky on April 15th, 1939 and raised four children. Glenna worked at Fort McKoy and Herberger’s in Onalaska for many years but the job that brought her the most joy was after Don passed and she helped bartend at her son’s bar JJ’s in Gilmanton. Her outgoing, bubbly personality defined her and she offered friendship and laughter to everyone she came in contact with. Her favorite times were hosting the whole family for gatherings and Holidays. Preceded in death by siblings Hewitte (Jane Adams) Loomis and Beverly (Gordon) Olson, and both sons Jerry (Judy Larson) and Dennis Lubinsky. Survived by her daughters Patsy (Duane) Kuzba and Kathleen (late David) Jones. 9 grandchildren, Earl (Toby) Lubinsky, Scott (Bobby) Lubinsky, Beth (Jess) Cole, Karen (Jeff) Peterson, Tony (Kathy) Kuzba, Lindsay Eggen, Steve (Kimberly) Jones, Chris (Christine) Jones, Jennifer (David) Hundt. 19 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren who all admired her greatly.
